An all inclusive 4 day 3 night semi-silent sisterhood weekend. Here we will be weaving movement, community meals, body work, connection to the land,
each other & Self, with time to rest and refuel the mind, body & spirit

Woven Retreat welcomes all women, aged 18+, of all races, sexual orientations, socioeconomic backgrounds, and
religions who are ready to disconnect from the constant energetic drain of the world and back to their essence.
Re-weaving the connection with the mind, body, spirit, womb and sisterhood.

The gorgeous property is a natural 50-acre Semi-Silent Sanctuary perched on the rim of the Crooked River Gorge in the high desert of Oregon. The alcohol-free property is off-grid and runs entirely on solar power. With a knowledgable in house Chef all meals are included and served organic, nutritious and made with love.

The property offers an experience close to primitive camping... off-the-grid "glamping" Luxurious, raised tent accommodations that include private outdoor showers, sinks, flushing toilets, and a large wrap-around viewing deck. Most tents have transparent panels above the beds to allow for light pollution free star-gazing of the night sky. Thoughtfully placed Pendelton blankets and additional all-weather duvets are provided for each of the beds. It is a little piece of heaven on Earth.

Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payment & Deposits:
Payment plans are structured to ensure the total amount is covered before the retreat begins to hold your space. This includes payment plans or paid in full
Full payment is due by June 3rd, 2026 (1 week prior to the retreat).
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations regardless of time are No refunds. No exceptions.
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant upon approval by Woven Facilitator Crysta Whitehurst.
Late or Missed Payments:
If you are on a payment plan, all payments must be completed by June 4th, 2026.
If payments are not completed within the agreed timeline, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund.
Liability & Health Waiver
I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this retreat and assume full responsibility for any risks, including but not limited to injuries, illnesses, or unexpected circumstances.
I release Woven Retreat Facilitator Crysta Whitehurst and all affiliates of retreat from any liability associated with my participation.
I confirm that I am in good health and capable of participating in physical, emotional, and spiritual practices, including but not limited to breathwork, movement, and outdoor activities.
I understand that medical assistance is not readily available on-site and that I must take responsibility for my own well-being.
Code of Conduct & Community Agreement
Zero Tolerance for Disruptive Behavior: We maintain a safe and sacred container. Any harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior (including aggression, discrimination, or substance use) may result in immediate removal without a refund.
Confidentiality & Respect:
I agree to honor and respect the privacy of all participants.
I understand that personal stories and experiences shared within the retreat space are confidential and will not be disclosed outside the retreat.
Full Participation: I understand that this is a deeply immersive experience, and I commit to being fully present (limiting distractions such as phone use).
Media Release & Privacy
Photography & Videography: By attending, I consent to being filmed and photographed for promotional content.
If I wish to remain off-camera, I will inform Wovens Retreat Facilitator Crysta Whitehurst prior to the retreat.
Personal Sharing: I agree not to record or share any personal, sacred, or private moments of other attendees without explicit permission.
